Week one done!

I downloaded the app ages ago but the motivation wasn’t there, so just left it on my phone with plenty of good intention. Then suddenly last week the determination hit me out of the the blue. I have just completed week one and today I actually repeated one of the runs. Having not run since I was about 20, a long 8 years ago the dread was strong! However I’ve done it and I feel amazing for completing my first week and not giving up because it was tough! I can feel muscles I didn’t even know no had, one piece of advice, stretch out!! I’m so stiff because I didn’t stretch out after first two runs at all! Plus I lost -5lbs! Enjoy all! Having two rest days now and then Sunday I’m jumping straight into week two!

Welcome. No point starting something until you’re ready to commit to it.., so good job having the app for a while. Now you’re ready and just did a great job on week one. You’re also learning so you’ll be just fine. The weigh loss probably isn’t the running... but congratulations on that too... the running will tone you up nicely.

Enjoy week 2
