I read a good article about putting your legs up a wall for 5-15 minutes after a run, can help muscle fatigue and improves circulation. Get your butt as close as you can to the wall and lay flat for the duration. It is a good stretch as well! If you aren't close to a wall, feel free to choose a tree or other platform. The neighbors always need something to talk about.

Legs up a wall
Going to give that ago
I’m gonna try this in stages... I’ll start with that laying on my back bit... I usually wanna do that straight after a run... and once I’m used to that I’ll find a wall 😂
Seriously though I think that’s something I’ll work in... thanks
I do also enjoy the lying on my back part after a run! 🤭 Let me know how you also like adding legs up a wall!
Feet together? Or am I gonna appreciate what girls go through?
Pervert.
Feet together, unless you would like the additional stretching feet apart will get you. I do both - for the stretching.
Here is a link to the article. runnersworld.com/health-inj...
Ok... both it is!
I was trying to think of a good description for the position... maybe “feet apart” would have been better... but at least I cleaned it up!
Oh... just looked at link... I was thinking as in stirrups at the gyno! Now I see why you thought pervert 😂
Gyno just autocorrected to hump... my phone maybe a pervert.
