After 2 abandoned runs this week I finally did it. 🏆it didn’t feel like the best run ever but on checking my times ran the furthest I have done. On a high let’s hope I can repeat it on Friday

Don't worry to much about distance at this stage, you need to run slow enough to complete each timed run, slow and steady works all the time 😊
