I found doubling the running to 3 mins hard tonight. I kept going but feeling the effects on my stomach now. Hopefully it'll get easier by the end of the week. Time to dig deep...

Hard but done! Great job, you were challenged and now that run is ticked off. It will get easier and stay challenging at the same time, that’s the beauty of the programme. Keep working hard and you’ll be just fine.

Go slow and steady, and even slower, embrace inner snail, in a tar
Do you feel good in stomach or just exhaustion? If food, try to adjust a little eating schedule or what you eat during last meal before run.
