Just completed the last run of week 2. I feel ok, even tried to increase my pace for the last 10 seconds each time. I was supposed to have done it last night but couldn't. I actually missed it, I am surprised to say. It's definitely stopping me from snacking because I hate the thought of wasting that much energy. Silver lining and all that! Onto week 3....
