Ran after work today week 2 run 3 and oh how my knees hurt so I couldn’t run very fast will this pass?

Normal aches and pains at the beginning of this are to be expected....your body wonders what is happening.

So.. check out the info in the link... then, slow and steady is the mantra.

Warm up really well, stretch after each and every run... and also, try these exercises for your knees:)

Try to relax into your runs and to land lightly...I call it kissing the ground with your feet:)
