After 2 weeks rest due to injury, l went for my first run. I thought l was ready but some how lost my mojo & ran for 4 minutes only. Disappointed in myself but not down. Will try again on Wednesday. Everyone gets days like this. I suppose the the moral of this story is not to give up, we can all have off days, this was mine. Happy running folks

Don’t worry Oldlady, next time you’ll be ready and you’ll get your mojo back! Not all runs are equal. You’ll be fine - and I bet it’s nice to be able to get back out there again. 😀🏃‍♀️👍

Enjoyed being out & pain free even though l only ran for 4 minutes cheeky 👍🏻

That’s 4 minutes longer than people on the couch though isn’t it OL? It probably takes a run or two to get back into it. You’re going to be fine, I know it! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️😀😀👍👍

If it’s hard going it could be wise to go back a week and build your confidence and stamina back up after your injury.
