Hi everyone. I am just starting the programme as I am looking to lose some weight and get in shape for my holidays. A week in and 70 days to go.

Struggled on Week 1 Day 1

Found Week 1 Day 2 a little easier

Week 1 Day 3 Surprised myself

Actually looking forward to Week 2 Day 1 tomorrow

5K .....im coming to get you 😉

Eat healthily and keep moving and the weight will shift You don’t get any extra grub while doing this programme take note 😃

Aim to walk more if you’re not already doing so Walking is great You can explore run routes on your non run days
