Week 2

Just finished week it was tough but I managed it. Week 3 looks like it’s gonna be hard but I will persevere.

One of the problems I have is no matter which route I take my first run is always uphill.

Hi Selki, well done! I have the same problem when leaving home. I just walk until I get to the start of flat area, which is about 10 minutes from me. Can you do the same before you start running?

Last time I tried CT5K I chose a route that was uphill to start with as it was all downhill on the way back. Once I got half way I felt a lot more confident I could do it. Was a long gradual hill though so guess it depends. If you struggle is there anywhere you could drive to to try a flat run like a park or canal? Keep it up looks like you're doing great!

Great job so far. Could you start your walk at that hill?

I am looking at different ways of doing things but thanks for all the support guys. I will persevere.

I actually do an hours walk and include the C25K in the walk so have decided to start the app a bit further into the walk now. As long as my first run is in the flat or downhill I am fine. So all good.
