I really wasn’t looking forward to this run after W6R1 and the first ten minute run was horrible but I concentrated on my breathing and the second ten minutes I really enjoyed. I’m feeling really relieved that I’ve done it 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪

Well done! just did w6r1 and was so much harder than I expected, so your comment brings me hope!
For me one was worse than two so you will do it, I never thought I would actually enjoy running 👍
