Just done week 2, wasn't as bad as I was expecting and felt really pleased with myself today, especially as a newbie runner.

Just reviewed week 3 with those 3 minute runs. Help!!!! Any tips?

Thanks guys and girls 😀

Pace yourself and run slowly. I was really worried too, but is isn’t as bad as I’d expected. The app is great and encourages you to keep going. Also the walks really help.

I'll reserve judgement just for now, but I commit now that I'll change it (assume it lets me) after one more good week 😊

Thank you.

Well done. Just relax, the programme has got you this far and your ready. Just go as slow as you can, remember you are training not racing. You'll smash it!

I hope you have checked this post out.. IannodaTruffe has given it to you and it contains so much helpful advice :)

Each run makes you stronger, each week builds on the one before, and moves you on in a slow, steady and structured way!

Don't let any posts, put ideas in your head about difficulties... the positive ones will show you the reality.

Take it slow and steady, post often for advice and support and know we are running alongside you too :)

Huge well done!
