Not sure if I've actually got my breath back yet from W1R1!
W1 I found easy, I wasn't supposed to run Saturday but did 15 minutes on the treadmill. 5 min walk, 5 min run, 5 min walk which was ok... Paid for it W2R1, no energy but got through. Did W2R2 last night and it was easier than Monday.
Going away for a week so may brave actually going outside, we will see.
Keep telling myself it's easy and purple faces are attractive!

Your doing great but my advice fwiw is don't run outside the programme and take your rest days. The benefit of C25k is cumulative work load. Do more or run too fast and you face a big risk of fatigue, fatigue leads to injury and that is the main reason people give up. By all means do other exercise on rest days but don't get tempted to run because you feel great!!
