So, after being under instruction from the physio to restrict my running to 20mins I saw her last night and she said I could up it again if it felt okay.
She's given me more strengthening exercises to do, which will not only stop the pronation of my right foot (hopefully), but will also give me glutes to die for!! She didn't feel the need to re-tape the tendon this week, which is also good and I'll see her again next week.
So, I've been out and run for 28 mins, slow, steady, managed to hit 4.1k during my actual run time and everything felt good. Fingers crossed it still all feels good in a few hours If it all goes well I'll hopefully be getting closer to graduation, albeit not quite as soon as I'd hoped for
