Just had the best news last night (although getting my running app back to normal was good!). According to the latest news, we can go out and exercise from the 2nd May, which will be 7 weeks indoors. The 'fingers crossed' is because it depends on the epidemic results continuing to go in the right direction. I know I should take it slowly but I'm longing to go out and run to see just how far I can go! If we can only exercise for an hour, then my new objective will be to try and do a 10k in that time (current PR is 1 hour 5min. so you never know).

Where are you? We're still in lockdown here in the UK but we're allowed out to exercise.
