If I could have delayed this run for a day, I would have but I can’t run tomorrow so I had to go for it. My problem was, having walked miles and miles around a city yesterday, my legs were tired & heavy before I even started.
The 1st 10 mins seemed endless, the 2nd 10 mins are a blur. The only things that kept me going were the thought of banana cake at the end and not having the time this week to do a repeat session.
I’m crossing my fingers for a better run on Friday, the battling with legs that don’t want to work is mentally so hard. 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼
