Im definatly liking this week the best. Its hard and it tests you but thats what im loving. decided to try the roads again as ankle was feeling ok. I was at a pt on Monday so the 1st 3 mins where hard going. My legs started to stretch more in the 1st 5min and second 3 Min runs. The second 5min run was good unroll about 3mins in then I really had to dig deep. Roll on Friday for 3rd run. Starting to feel my legs thin a bit which is a nice feeling.
