Do you run in the morning or the evening?

I like to wake up early and go to a nearby park to run. There's almost no one there most of the time and it's very nice to watch the sunrise. A shower afterwards starts the day perfectly. When do you guys run?

At present, I vary my runs as I have an 1 hr commute both ways. So after work and days off is the routine thus far.

Currently wake up dress . Quick cup.of coffee and out the door anytime from 6am to 7am .. .. although with the darker mornigs coming may move to a little later..

Did use to run evenings after work but I prefer early morning now

Oh I agree I’m all about about the early morning run. That way I can do it badly so no one can see 😂😂

I’m an evening runner. I like to use a run to take away the days stresses... but those parkruns are all 9am so after graduation I’ll be doing both.

Morning for me. Get up, drink some water, feed dogs, get kitted up and run. I seem to get caught up in the school run, though, but if I didn't run first thing, other stuff would get in the way.

Mornings otherwise it doesn’t happen. No tea or coffee though as it irritates the elderly bladder 🤪
