Just completed the first run of week 4, tough day at work slept on the way home really didn’t want to do the run was going to put it off a day. Gave my head a shake after about half a hour and got out there.
Finding this plan amazing was dreading the 5 minuter but managed it no problem the last 2.5 mins of the full run was the hardest but pushed through . Carnt believe how well it works
