When i started the menopause proper after peri...! I could barely exercise anymore. Exertion made me feel dizzy and sick. My joints ached. It was grim. I lost loads of fittness over a 12 month period. Got really down with it. I eventually after numerous Dr visits got HRT patches. They seem to be helping as I can now do exercise again. I'm clawing back my fitness, lots of stretching and being kind to myself. I also found really deep breathing helped me get through. Good luck !

Well done for powering through Honeybee! Mind over matter. πŸ’ͺπŸ˜€πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Don’t worry one jot about distance/speed. Just run for as long as whatever run you’re on instructs you, and eventually when you’ve graduated, you can start working on those things. Absolutely no need to now. You’re doing amazingly! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Oh I know the feeling! Horrendous! Used to just be at night but now it happens at odd times too!

Don't worry at all about 5k yet. It took me a few weeks after graduation to run 5k and it definitely took me longer than 30 mins. I won't ever run a 5k in 30 mins. Just too fast for me. But I can run 5k...!! πŸŒπŸŒπŸŒπŸŒπŸ‘ŸπŸ‘ŸπŸ˜πŸ˜
