Finished week 5, run three this morning and now the inner sole of my foot is sore, roughly where it arches. When I was running it felt like cramp so didn't think much of it... but it's been playing me up all day... feels quite tight when I stretch it and has felt quite sharp at tines. Anyone got any advice or Suggestions? I really don't want to have to stop as I've got a 5k in two weeks!
