Don't be trepidatious it's too hard spell.
You've seen off week 3 and the plan makes you ready for week 4. There's nothing to keep up with, it's about lasting the sections so just go slow. Plenty of hydration every day will help. Give any gremlins "the old what for" and go out and do it.
Well did W4R1. Not as bad as I thought but think I may repeat this week next week before I carry on to week 5 Especially as I’m on holiday next week and won’t have my trusty treadmill. It’s road run for me in a hopefully sunny Scarborough x
