Completed w2r1 after starting app again feeling really positive! Then fell down some stairs and have sprained both ankles, walking an effort so no running for me for a while. I will get this weight off eventually!

Poor you - I've just posted about restarting week 2 so can sympathize with how you're feeling. Frustrating as it is, it is worth waiting til you're physically fit. More haste, less speed is so true. Hope you're not in too much pain and your ankles recover soon
Sorry to hear your news - hope you’re better soon. Being massively overweight, I expect to be repeating week 1 for the foreseeable future, so I’ll be here and looking forward to seeing you when you’re passed fit to return. Look after yourself x
Take your time with the course, even doing week 1 for longer than you would like is still a lot better for you than being sat at home!

Ah by week 5 i was hooked, so i can see why your gutted...just get the rest & recovery you need, dont rush it else you will be on the injury couch for longer than you would like. x
Take your time recovering, you will soon be back on your feet and raring to go again! As has already been said, it could have been worse, so take some positive's from that. You wont be out long, and will soon be back on track. x
