I am going on holiday for 2 weeks . I will not be running as very hot 32° . Plus i have never been on a treadmill. How will this effect my fitness, will i be at same level ? How long will it take to get back to 30mins ? I will be swimming 😀

It won’t affect your fitness, especially if you get lots of swimming in. You may even find you’re quicker after a short break, many do.

That gives me confidence to go on holiday and not worry that i will lose all fitness . Thanks

Your fitness will be fine. I had a 3 week break during August due to holidays and other commitments and just picked things up where I left off. AS UnfitNoMore has said, you may find the rest does your body some good. My legs certainly appreciated the rest.
