I've just got a new phone. Copied over my apps but appear to have lost my progress. Can I get it back? Sorry I'm a complete technophobe!

Other than just pressing play on each run and leaving it to play i'm not sure there is I'm afraid...

If you use the one you bbc get inspired app, you can zoom each run forward. Play the run and skip through each section. I had to do it once when I forgot to press start 🙄😂

There may still be a data file containing your progress, left on your old phone, but if you are the technophobe you claim to be then you may not want to mess around with files and there is no guarantee that you would be able to transfer it anyway.

Best bet is to do as Tasha99 suggests.

Happened to me. I just fast forwarded each run til I caught up.
