Anybody else up to this point?

I just completed this run yesterday and it definitely wasn’t one of my best. I found the first one quite hard but this one was worse. I felt way more breathless and I felt like my limbs were everywhere 😂

It’s making me dread next weeks 5 minute runs and I’ve not even got through this week yet! Not good...

Anybody else struggling on week 3?

Some days it just isn’t all perfect, other days it is. When it isn’t you have to dig deep and push through, which you did... great job.

You’re ready for the next run. The way this programme ramps up, any run can be very challenging. Go as slow as you need to to get through each one. You will surprise yourself a lot of times.

That is exactly the same point I am at on my second time round of this prog. It can be a little challenging, but I find that not concentrating on the time, but instead looking for target points to run to helps.

I run 'naked' IE without tech and only a watch, and find this helps as you are not constantly hearing how long to go.

You will find some runs better or worse than others, but that is the nature of most things in life. It does get easier, and posting on here helps. Let us know how you get on with R3. Mine is tonight with my wife on W1R3.

Good luck with your W3R3, and let us know how it went... oh, you can do a little more of W3 if needed before moving to W4, but you may well find that R3 goes so well that you can't wait for W4R1.

Not what you're looking for?
