I was a little apprehensive about the 3 minute sections but got through them with no issues.

Actually beginning to enjoy the early rise and date i say, "the running".

Haven't run regularly for over 20yrs but I'm beginning to remember when it wasn't a chore.

First time I’ve done running always hated it this app seems to give you the confidence. You go from being apprehensive about being able to do it to completing it easier than you though and feeling good. I’m looking forward to week 4 this week

I know exactly what you mean, worrying over nothing really. The 3 minute recovery periods helped tremendously.

I've just taken a look at week 4 and I'm quite looking forward to the challenge.
