...Completed W8R3 earlier today. 28 mins -albeit not the fastest and pretty far from covering 5K -but 28mins of breathing and finding a stride.
I am actually enjoying this. I especially enjoyed pausing; running on the spot, waiting for hubby to catch up and having a moment of frustration at the delay... (never would've seen that coming lol)

I’ve just done week 8 and like you I’m far from 5k, I’m hitting roughly 4K so after next weeks runs it should be about 4.3k (if my maths is right) but that’s 4.3 more than I could do 9 weeks ago so no reason why the 5 won’t come soon, good luck for week 9.
