W3, R3 done and dusted!! 1/3 of the way through and I'm feeling super proud. My legs were feeling really tired and heavy all day long so I didn't think I'd actually manage to do it; consequently we went slower than we have been doing previously but it obviously worked as we finished each section as we should have done so it's all good and we're very happy πŸ˜‚πŸ’ͺπŸƒ

Whoop whoop to you! I also took a sneak peak and part of me wishes I hadn't but then another part of me is so buzzing (and full of confidence) that I'm like "bring it on"! I 100% believe in this program... I totally LOVE it!
