Well that’s week 7 done and I’m feeling a lot fitter done 2 and 3 Run Consecutively as I missed wed night due to the rain, but managed thurs teatime and early fri morning run so caught up! Well I must see I feel great and my body shape is changing. I look a lot trimmer in places! So I’m well happy with the results, hope this status helps other people to keep going 🏃♀️ It’s hard at times but you will reap the benefits 💪 keep going people 😘

Err. You need your rest days... and worse than that you went late one day and early the next. Be very careful... you’ve put in seven weeks of hard work, and you need to keep the injury risk down or in a moment it’s over and you can maybe look at restarting next spring.
I love that you’re completing the runs and feeling the elation... body shape is going well and making you happy. All this is great, don’t risk throwing it all away.
