3rd run this morning. Again ran round a football pitch to ease the ankle. Bring on week 4. The added fact I think I've now lost a stone makes it sweater. I've been working hard on my diet as well. I don't feel or I don't think I like it but my stomach is getting stronger. Enjoy your weekend everyone. I've to work all of it......

You're doing really well. It's a nuisance when work gets in the way of important things like running but needs must etc. Good news with the diet too, it all takes time but more than worth it in the end. Good luck with week 4.

A stone? Impressive... well done on that one. Good diet and C25K are a formidably combination, but they both require mental strength, very well done managing both. Week 4 doesn’t know what’s about to hit it... you got this.
