well after posting the other night that i was struggling with w2 runs i went out tonight determind and ready and what do you know i done every one and with considerable ease after trying to go far slower(even though i felt like i was power walking lol) and pacing myself more it seemed almost easy.and after rugby training last night i thought there was no way i would do it as this time lasr week after rugby i couldnt move must be working and its a nice high

Great job. Slow is the key... in your later running career you’ll run a lot of recovery runs... they’re slow... it’s a good habit to form.
