Another morning run done and W6R2 is toast! No more walking intervals for me. I keep telling myself if it get too difficult, I can still walk, but we will see! Only warm up and cool down walks from now on. Scary!!

Great job... free running all the way, and you got it. Don’t fear it... you’re more than ready

If week 6, run 2, is toast, run 3 will be the bacon and eggs. Then next week 3 more helpings of the same. Smashing 🥓🥚🥓🥚🥓🥚🥓🥚.

Nothing to fear but the washing up.

No need to walk.. relax into the runs.. start slow stay slow and let the new running legs find their happy pace:)

Yes, I do need to work on a slower pace. I feel like I am going slow but end up faster with my pace then intended.

I'm the same - if, for some reason or another, I have to spend a minute or two walking on these longer runs, I'm not going to bash myself silly about it. I don't know what's coming up in weeks 7, 8 or 9 but if W6R3 is 25 minutes then the runs must all be pretty similar for the last three weeks just adding on 1-2 minutes each week. So that suggests really that the last 9 runs leading up to graduation are all really practice runs for that final W9R3 session.

So as far as I'm concerned, I've already got my mouth around a graduation donut now the intervals have finished.

Ahh kwell, you’ll welcome the lovely longer runs! The walking intervals might seem like an easy option, but they prevent you from getting into a rhythm. Bet you’ll love R3 - it’s a huge milestone, and you’ll be so proud once you’ve done it!

Good luck, you’re smashing the programme! 😀💪🏻
