Sorry good people of this forum, I said W7R3 was my worst run but it had clearly affected my brain ( not difficult) as it was actually W7R2. Only just realised. However, I know you have been waiting with bated breath to know what happened next......not! I'll tell you anyway.😂. Demons put to bed on Tuesday re W7 & W8R1 this morning. First 10 minutes pretty awful but the rest ok, almost good! The end is in sight. This programme is amazing. I can't believe a few short weeks ago I was panicking about running for 5 minutes. If I can do this anyone can & the support on here has definitely made a massive difference. Thank you. I'm aware I'm not at the end yet but feeling quietly confident.😀

I can't recommend this programme enough to people. So fab barely able to run a minute and a few weeks later 20 minutes + X
