Hello, I'm a little late to the party here. I just completed week 3 day 2. I'm a strength athlete who hates any cardio, but realised I need to improve my endurance. Just wanted to say hi, and look forward to reading some posts

Welcome. Good job so far. You got the discipline to do strength, then you can do running, like anything tough, a lot of it is getting the head right.

Slow and steady.... rest days essential.. but core strength and stamina exercises on some of those rest days too... none impact of course.
