Just completed the run. I'm counting it even though I had to walk 2 or 3 times because of slight cramp in my right leg. I carried on after Michael told me to slow down which is why I'm counting it.

Any suggestions how to prevent cramp? I've never had it before.

Stretching is good for cramp as is tonic water. Hehe not too much gin in though 😀.
