Well I've only gone and done it! Just back from my graduation run and I'm over the moon.
I've come a long way over the last 10 weeks both mentally and physically (I repeated 2 runs of week 3 due to a holiday). And I couldn't have done it without all your support.
Thanks everyone xx

Enjoy your journey, and trust the program it really does work. You will have good days and days when you wonder why you ever started this. But just keep at it and in a few short weeks you too will graduate xx
Huge congratulations Sandi , a great achievement for you and all down to your hard work and commitment ππππ
It feels pretty dam good doesn't , enjoy your celebrations well deserved ππ
Thanks Rob. It feels amazing! I am pleased as punch! I realise that without my commitment I wouldn't be here, but the hints and tips I've had along my journey and the support I've got from you guys on here through the highs and the lows has helped me to keep at it.
How was it? I found it a little bit of an anticlimax after the 2 previous 30min runs but was still super happy. Itβs just thinking back to when we all first started and think how much we could run compared to now. Brilliant!!
Thanks Dave, I really enjoyed today's run. I struggled with the last run, but had graduation on my mind the whole way around today spurring me on! It's amazing the transformation this program brings in just 9 weeks. Onwards and upwards now π

Thanks shub. But I think I will pass on the donut for now! Hoping that I will hit my target weight at slimming world this week so don't want to do anything yo jeapodise that! Will save it for after weigh in tomorrow xx
Thanks. I'm at the start line and ready to go on many many more runs. Not sure yet where the future will take me. For now i just want to be able to comfortably run 30 minutes without those gremlins telling me to stop after about 20 minutes!!
Yesssss Sandi! You did it! πππ»β€οΈπββοΈπͺπ»ππΎπ₯π

Why thank you Dee. I'm still over the moon with my achievement!! Have managed one post grad run and my 2nd tomorrow. I'm sky high and loving the fact I can run for 30 minutes straight. Park run next I think, but that will be after my holidays next week
Am ready to move over though and make room on the podium for you. X
