First post C25K run!

First run since I graduated on Sunday. Missed Laura but decided it was time to fly the nest! Finally got around to downloading an app to measure the distance. I actually ran for 4.28k - this was my usual run and did not include the 5 minute warm up/down walks, so I am really chuffed. My splits were 7.1 which my partner tells me so pretty good for someone in their late 50s. I definitely feel I can run further and there is scope to add to the distance and still stay in the park (no public displays of running on roads just yet!). Should be up for a Parkrun sooner than expected? πŸ™πŸ½

Good job. 7.1 is a decent split at any age on grad run 1... parkrun is ready for you and you’ll love it.
