Not really a fitness geek but needed to get my backside moving as I'm getting older. The wife started this and got me doing it. Not a big fan of running but really enjoyed it and I took the dog with me too. Run 2 tomorrow and looking forward to it

Welcome and good job. Make sure you take a non running day between each run.

Congratulations on doing it! I used to hate running. This programme and this forum changed it. So keep it slow and steady, and FUN! Especially with dogs :) I tried, but my crazy furry love not so much - I'd need to find route to let her go off the leash for both of us to enjoy the experience.
