Ok before I start I have to confess I was a little bit naughty and ran 2 days in a row ๐Ÿ™ˆ Not something I make a habit of but Iโ€™m so excited to graduate this week and the only days I can fit in are Mon, Wed & Fri, I planned all this without taking into account the fact that Monday comes after Sunday lol. I almost didnโ€™t go as I had a headache but Iโ€™m glad I did, those endorphins sorted me right out!

Anyway, my first proper 30 minute run complete and I was so close... 4.69k - Iโ€™m really chuffed with this, and it leaves me hopeful that Iโ€™m on track to reach my goal of a 30 min 5k at my first ever โ€˜proper runโ€™ on the 29 September ๐Ÿคฉ It was good to be back running in my favourite place again, the last couple of runs felt like such a struggle but back to the old railway line amongst the trees and lovely scenery (youโ€™d never think you were in the middle of the city) and this one felt so much more comfortable. It was pretty chilly up here but that was good - I think Iโ€™m going to like autumn running ๐Ÿ˜ Really upped the pace towards the end as I was feeling good and finished feeling satisfied that Iโ€™d put in a good effort. I just wish I could stick to a steady pace throughout but Iโ€™m up and down and all over the place ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ hopefully consistency will come with practice!

Well done!! You are doing brilliantly as Iโ€™m sure you are aware.

Wow - youโ€™re doing amazingly well - I can only daydream about a pace of 6.08. Stonking. I picked up an injury from being a bit too enthusiastic but in your case it seems like youโ€™re invincible. Very jealous!

I often run 2 days in a row and have never had a problem. You know your own body but take your rest days. Bet you can smell that graduation x
