Just completed Day 1 of week 2 of Couch to 5km. And I decided to try it jogging up the local Downs. Feeling a bit more confident.
I decided that to test my mental strength I decided to challenge myself and jogged up to the top of the local Downs. It was by far one of the most challenging things I've ever done of my own accord. However I did it and feeling a little bit more confident lol.

The mind can be very confident and you can look at a hill and think you can run up it, of course the mind is stronger when it knows it can do it... and there’s only one way to make that leap. Great job.
