So....I completed my first run on week 4 yesterday which felt amazing! I had a bit of a blip on week 3, I had a really bad run and completely lost my mojo. It took a lot to get back out there but I’m so glad I did. Has anyone else had this problem?

Every single runner out there has a bad day where nothing feels right and the run is tough for no apparent reason. That’s life, just the same as some days you’re not feeling as good as others in general. The next run is often very good, and I don’t know why! The run that sucked still made you stronger and fitter, so even the worst run has a purpose.
Great job so far.

Yes for sure, some days, and some weeks, are just harder. I discovered that I do better if I go first thing in the morning. Evening runs always feel tougher to me. Could be affected by diet, who knows, but sometimes there's no apparent reason. But a bad run is mostly followed by a really good run, again for no apparent reason, and then it's all worth it!
You've done the very best thing you can do, and that's to get back out there and keep going. You've got this Lois!
