Just check my W1R1 : 60 sec run 90min walk i remember how tough that was I am amazed i have got to this point if I can do it so can you @53 & 2stone overweight and zero cardio exercise for many years c25k has been brilliant to get off my a***e I feel confident now I have braved the gym at work with all professional gymsters and I feel ok but I do love running outside too so will keep it up at weekends.
