Not long home from my first run. Haven't exercised in over 20 years and by god do I know it now! Bring on run 2!

Well done . You have done the hardest part by going out and doing the 1st run..

Enjoy your rest day ... take each run as it comes. Run each run as slow as you need to complete it .. trust the program and Believe in yourself ..you won't go far wrong ..

Everyone here is with you so keep posting with your progress 😀😀
