World not ready for me to pound the streets!! Treadmill arriving this afternoon and starting W1R1 tomorrow. I am very overweight but have managed to maintain some strength in legs from previous ‘fitter life’. I am expecting the next few weeks to be tough but am very determined to get myself moving again. I am ready for this mentally so wishing my legs etc good luck for the future lol

Well the treadmill has just arrived and the first exercise is to get upstairs as delivery men said they were not allowed!!! I did suggest if I lived in a flat they would have had to bring it upstairs!! So it may move an inch at a time but it’s going upstairs this afternoon. Yes you right we can do this

Just to let you all know I have dragged 75kg up the stairs..........ok did not quite make it and had to let it slide (in its box) back down. One call to brother and a repaired radiator later it is up and ready for me to start Monday evening! Bring it on

You can do it! Slow and steady, take your time, you'll find most of us are snails on here. It's about building up your stamina, not speed or distance, but you will surprise yourself with what you can do! Good luck and keep us posted 😀
