Enjoying my rest day!

I love my rest days! I enjoy thinking that my body is busy making itself stronger and fitter and recovering from my efforts the day before! I did week 7 run 1 yesterday evening and today my calves have been a little sore but I bet they will be all better and ready for another run tomorrow afternoon. 🏃‍♀️😀

As long as you are doing some exercise on rest days too... that is fine :)

I have two dogs so I get exercise every day! But walking doesn’t seem like exercise now!

Swimming, yoga or cycling then... strength and flex and maybe a stamina regime:)
