Well happy birthday to me! Just run 3l round the deck of a cruise ship which is my birthday present to myself! I started this C25k journey with Michael on a ship at the end of May! Completed it mid August with Laura And now I’m a runner - For those interested in weight loss - I haven’t lost weight but I’m in a size smaller jeans and I danced all night and enjoyed a nightcap at 1lsh! Thanks everyone and happy running 🏃♀️
