So I had completed W3 about 3 days ago, but then pulled some awful back injury and my back was in spasms and thought best to rest for a couple of days. I felt best after doing W3R1 first time around, but as I completed the other 2 runs, I just never felt like my breathing or pace were right and always struggled towards the end. So I thought I'll repeat W3 to see if this helps? Has anyone else had to repeat any of their weeks? Feeling a little disappointed that I don't feel quite ready for W4.
W3R1... Again? : So I had completed W3 about... - Couch to 5K

Don’t feel disappointed it has taken me 5 months to reach week 9. This is a life changing project we are all taking on so look on it as a marathon rather than a sprint! Listen to your body and do what you feel is right for you. Repeating runs is consolidating not failing. Remember slow and steady 🏃♀️

I did exactly the same- bad back round about week 3. I took a few days off repeated part of the week and was fine. I think you will be fine.
