I stopped doing couch to 5k after about week 6 but I do see a personal trainer once a week and he was determined to prove I can run 5k even if I didn't believe him. We have done it once on a treadmill, twice outside and then I did it another time with a colleague.
My PB is 43 minutes so I am quite happy with that. Feels really slow when actually jogging but I can proudly say I can jog 5km
I used to be so unfit, have faith anyone strugging. You can do this!
