It’s run 3 tomorrow and I’m thinking of going out at 5am, as a trial for work, which starts again next week. Work get-ups are 5.30. My physical preference is to go in the evenings but I’m thinking mornings because I can plan them but never know what time I’ll be home. Does anyone else have this? 5am sounds daft now so goodness knows what it’ll be like in December! Will it work? Do I just need to stop thinking and man up?

Hey Sykesy! I personally love early mornings, however I started the programme in June so have never had to deal with dark, cold ones!
Physically though I find running first thing so refreshing, and my legs feel lighter than later in the day. So I’d definitely recommend it as long as you can be lit up like a Christmas tree when it gets really dark.
Have fun on your journey! 😀😀

I like doing a morning run before work, it's all fun and games now but not sure how I will feel in the winter, lol. The trouble with waiting till after work is you might be all out of energy. I am thinking of doing at least 1 morning run as I love my bed and getting up at 5am is a bit depressing.
