Just a 3.5k this morning with a time of 23.15 and felt really good! Tempted to keep going but didn’t want to aggravate the hip flexor which totally behaved today.
5K planned for Sunday and then all being well planning to start the bridge to 10K! Also maybe my first park run a week on Saturday eek

I would take your increases ultra slow if you have a niggle, sometimes a good couple of weeks under your belt before increases can be the difference between keeping running and ending up on the IC. Take care.
